Jeff came out to my house a couple weeks ago for a consultation on carpet installation. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly and gave several options.. My carpet looks awesome! Great experience from start to finish!
I always dread having our carpet cleaned but today was an excellent experience. Our appointment was for 9am. The technician, Marvin, arrived right on time. He took a few minutes to explain the two methods they used to clean carpet, we elected to go with the rotary cleaning. It was a bit more expensive but the final results were amazing. Our carpet hasn't been this clean since it was installed. We will certainly use Doiggs again and will request Marvin.
What an amazing company! Not only did they go above and beyond with their cleaning service to remove a huge carpet stain, their office staff and technicians are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In my book they are the best!
We had them clean our air ducts today. VERY professional and personal. It made a huge mess BUT they took their time cleaning and vacuuming everything and when they left you couldn't tell they had been here. They even introduced themselves to my mom who lives with us, then shook her hand as they left. Great customer service which most companies don't have these days. Highly recommend!
