I must say , with out shadow of doubt , as long as I’ve lived in Dogwood Terrace approximately 10 years with two different managers. I could never ask or dream for more acceptance from managers as well as neighbors. The place is kept immaculate and whatever is needed is addressed . However , one has to be reasonable with things can be accomplished since no one are miracle workers. With psychology , one must remember with older people come signs of dementia and Alzheimer’s . I’ve been here for twelve years and i absolutely would advise against moving here. Resident/Manager runs the place, with little oversight and favorites. Complaints against favored clients are met with violations as are requests for repairs . It needs to be checked as to whether admissions are made by waiting list as required, proper professional distance of employees and residents to clear up toxic environment, and Records made showing repairs made when requested. Location , cleanliness and safety are the 3 things that makes our apt complex awesome to live here ! Carla the apt manager runs this complex with the up most strategy! Treat your neighbor as you’d wanna be treated Which most of us do We have Peyton Place Harper Valley PTA Ninja Turtles Combined , it’s never to much for Carla she will have ur number b4 the days over Gossiping seems to be the topic of most , but it’s ok cause as they do this to another person ; let’s hope they got their ducks in a roll

Dogwood terrace apartments are, in my opinion, is the best managed apartments in east Tennessee!! Carla Gibbs is a very special person. She is polite, nice and always respectful to EVERYONE!!! When Carla took over management of the dogwood terrace apartments in knoxville and Lenoir city (also Autumn hills apartments in Oakridge), she turned them into a very beautiful place to live!!!
