These people just purchased our property and are now our new landlords, and it has been nothing but problems ever since. First off, the place is in terrible condition. The floors feel like you could fall through them, it’s poorly insulated, and it is absolutely not worth them doubling the rent. My daughter's fiancé applied for an apartment. Numerous attempts were made to contact property management by phone, email, and even going to the office. Their voicemail was full and business always closed. No follow up of any kind was ever made and the listing taken down. This (non) level of responsiveness is borderline theft. I have to admit I'm extremely surprised after all the positive reviews. If there has been some kind of emergent reason that can be offered to me, I will remove my review.
The place is rundown. You have to watch where you walk in the office. The lady was somewhat helpful, but every rental was expensive.
