Kirsten, Nate and Kurt are amazing and they make living here a joy. Whenever I have any issues, they handle them fast and well!
Denzel definitely is amazing, don’t know me from a can of paint but stay from his lunch to help me find the best unit for me and my 3 kids. He walked we around the property and I fell in love with the model apartment I can’t wake to move in. Thanks Denzel and the property manager Brandon was soo cool
DO NOT MOVE HERE — THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Since new management took over in 2023 and rebranded this place as Bolden Cove Apartments, it has become a disgraceful example of corporate greed and human disregard. With only two weeks’ notice, rent will be hiked by over $400, targeting a community primarily made up of elderly residents on fixed incomes — people who have spent years here and now face displacement, financial ruin, or worse. I have been attendant 5 years at this location. True, before the new company took over in November.Stuff was outdated, but we were okay with it.The rent did not go up. Now that this new company has taken over and put a couple of new items in there and after did they walk through now you cant find anybody from the office. Rent goes up and now we have multiple break-ins in our vehicles vandalisn't and now it's hard to get in touch with the people in the office.
