Unethical. On appointment setup for rescue dog’s 1st visit, we briefly discussed #scratchpay as an option to help make things easier during the COVID19 crisis currently impacting our lives. I asked if we could discuss all of the options at length during the appointment. The clerk said, “absolutely.” Curbside service went as follows: pulled into parking space, called by phone to inform about arrival, clerk comes out to get the dog and intake form.. 10-20 minutes later the vet and support staff come to the car. We had to call the police because you and your friend threatened us. Noah you are not a victim, you are a psychopath. You scare all of us. You said your self you are not supposed to come back on the property and you are not supposed to harass us on Facebook either. We are a very friendly and easy to get along with clinic. We’ve been using Dogwood Animal Hospital for going on 6 years now. They have an amazing staff that truly cares for our little fur babies. They have become a big part of our family! Daisy absolutely loves her weekly visits. So much so that sometimes it seems like she doesn’t even want to go home! We highly recommend Dogwood Animal Hospital. You will not regret leaving your little ones in their very capable hands. 💜
Unethical. Renn Johnson said our cat needs expensive cat food but when we tried to order it online he wouldn’t give the vet authorization. So our cat needs the food but ONLY if he is profiting from the sale.
What a GREAT facility and staff. First visit and Dr. Renn Johnson was amazingly caring and through, answered all my questions and my puppy was back to himself in a day. Highly recommend - new loyal fan
