They did a great job. They were friendly and very informative on how the collars and the buried fence works. They easily rescheduled when it rained on the day of the appointment. If I had another house I’d used them again.
Mark and Shannon are just the best. The alarm on our system suddenly alerted. I texted Shannon, she replied immediately, Mark came, identified and fixed the problem. They are honest, and reliable. Just the Best!

Not high pressure sales people, like others I called, but real dog people intent on giving me what I wanted, and what I needed. I live on the water, on a large, irregularly shaped lot, with areas of heavy brush. I wanted to extend the fence into the Sound, so my puppy was free to play, but safe from roaming, and they did so perfectly. Shannon, the manager, was thorough and professional.
