DogWatch has changed our life - I know that seems like a big statement but it's added convenience into our lives and freedom for our dog. The system has worked flawlessly and install/service was smooth and timely. We got the hidden fence about 7 months ago - our dog trained very quickly with it. A big shout out to the awesome West family and Dogwatch. I never thought our two fur kids would ever stay in the yard, but with the Dogwatch system and the wonderfully supportive owners, I finally have peace of mind. If you're considering an invisible fence system, definitely call them. You won't regret it. Also stop by and see them at the Columbus Home and Garden show.
We have a senior dog and I was hesitant to get the fence- you know the saying you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Steve was amazing! He worked with our old dog to learn the fence. We love the fence and love Dogwatch! Many thanks!
If you need a fence company you can trust this is the one. We moved here from out of state almost two years ago. From the first phone call and still as of today this family/company has treated us great. They came in the freezing cold to install our fence. Trained our dogs and us. After they left we have had absolutely no problems. This is the only company in the area we recommend for an invisible fence.

Dogwatch installed our fence about two years ago. No problems, works perfectly! They offered to section it off but I declined. Fast forward to today...second dog recently added to family loves to dig in front flower bed. Time to section off front from back. Cory was awesome in his placement of creating two separate sections! Product is an excellent product but it's the customer service that comes with it that makes this company the only one to choose!! Thanks Pat & Emily!
Dog Watch fence works, we have two dogs and one loves to chase squirrels and rabbits. This morning I let both dogs out and there was a rabbit in the yard, both took off after it but stopped well before the boundry line, they turned around and came back to the deck.
