Whether it's a question or new batteries for the collars, they are always on the ball! I love the peace of mind that my dogs are safe and able to roam around the yard.
I highly recommend Shane and DogWatch of Central Wisconsin. As a veterinarian, I have seen the consequences when a pet escapes the safety of their yard. I strongly feel that DogWatch hidden fences can protect your pet and prevent a tragic accident. As a customer, we have a hidden fence to protect our Border Collie. Shane has been professional, friendly and prompt - and he was especially responsive when our fence was recently damaged.
RecommendedShane and Patti have been extremely helpful not only with the installation of the hidden fence but also in the training of both dogs. They are quick to respond and reliable whenever in need of service, chewed collars etc. Highly recommend.
RecommendedShane and his wife are great. They made purchase and install of our fence a breeze. Then Shane helped our dog get familiar with the new fence. Now the dog loves it. He gets excited to have his collar on, I think he knows it gets him a lot of freedom to run.
