Copper (and I) love the team at Dogtopia Roseville! ❤️ For a long time, he was attending a daycare quite a ways from our house but we really needed something closer. He had only ever been to the one daycare, so I was super nervous leaving him somewhere new. I was floored by how warm, caring and thoughtful the team at Dogotopia Roseville is! Their process for checking in a new dog is terrible. Every dog is different and they should know that. Our dog is amazing around dogs and unsure of strangers without dogs (all info they asked about before taking her to the back). She has stayed at several similar places without any issues at all (opposite actually). They forced her into a room with no other dogs with just an unfamiliar person who was trying to get her into a crate before she could even meet or see any dogs. 1. Love being able to see my dog during the day.2. Hours allow maximum flexibility is using this service.3. I am using the daycare only about twice a month. Dogtopia allows this type of "drop in" service.4. I am over 70 yrs old and needing surgery is possible in the future. Dogtopia would let me board my dog while I recover. 5. I have been impressed, watching the feed at how there is someone always in the room with the dogs, supervising their behavior. Allowing "time outs" for the dogs that need some extra space.
My lab puppy loves Dogtopia Roseville and I feel so comfortable bringing him there. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It is very convenient. We love Dogtopia! Eric and his team has taken such great care of our Berners. Whenever they’re there for an extended stay, we love getting text updates with photos. Moe and Lois love it here!
