We used Dogtopia (in Bearden-Knoxville) to board our dog, Annie, while we were out of town for the weekend. In short, they were great. First, they are very careful about temperament and compatibility with their other dogs. They requested Annie's vaccination record directly from our vet. They required a meet-and-greet with Annie, and then they required her to have enough day-care experience with them to be sure that she was comfortable being there with the other dogs. My dog Lucy and I have been pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. We've been regulars for two and a half years.
My dog, Lily, has been here for almost a month, I have had so many questions since she started and the manager, Sarah has taken the time to completely answer every single question or concern, and not make me feel like I’m crazy for asking. She truly goes above and beyond! Lily absolutely loves coming and playing all day! We love all the events they have as well! She comes home exhausted and that helps after a long busy day at work, we can all eat dinner and just relax without any guilt! We are here to stay!!
We have been taking our lab mix puppy here for about a month. He gets excited when we pull into the parking area. He is never resistant to go with the employees. We love that they have webcams for us to check in on h throughout the day. We recently used the boarding service and were very pleased. I highly recommend Dogtopia!!!
