Boarding is Great – As far as boarding, they have always been great.
My dog loves it here – I can't wait to go back: I thought the staff was great and my dog seem to really like the place. I have boarded my dog other places and not been happy. She usually stresses out and will not eat when I get her home but this time she seemed ok. I also like the fact that they have a pool for her to play in. We will be going back.
Clean + Happy – We have taken our dog here several times and she always comes back clean and happy when we pick her up. All of her toys and bed are always returned to us.
We love Bear!!! – My gosh, where do we begin. . About 6 months ago we bought a puppy and then my wife got food posioning at an Asian food restaurant and that very same day we bought the puppy I had to take my wife to the hospital. I returned the puppy that day right as they were closing and they were very understanding. A couple of months later we decided to go ahead and get a puppy....that did not work out either....because all the puppies are happy being there at the Heidelberg farm but once you get home and a new environm... read more
Very Pleased. My dog was well taken care of and they did a good job with grooming.

I did not have her groomed So I not sure how that would be.
Always been great – We have taken our dog here several times and she always comes back clean and happy when we pick her up. All of her toys and bed are always returned to us. We have not had her groomed here, so I can't speak about that. As far as boarding, they have always been great.
Worst Dog Kennel – My dog stayed at Dogs Day Out for 6 days. When he was picked up, he was in horrible health. He is a puppy and looked about 10 years old. He had bumps all over him, missing patches of hair all over him, and had open sores under his arms. When I saw him, I was so upset and called the facility. The owner was very uncaring about the whole situation. I took him back up to the place to show her what had happened to him, and she said it looked like nothing and to put neosporin on it. Dog's Day HELL – I'm so angry, I can't even express in words what I'm feeling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again will my dog stay there! Very sad!
