Horrible place and HORRIBLE owner My dog stayed at Dogs Day Out for 6 days. When he was picked up, he was in horrible health. He is a puppy and looked about 10 years old. He had bumps all over him, missing patches of hair all over him, and had open sores under his arms. When I saw him, I was so upset and called the facility. The owner was very uncaring about the whole situation. I took him back up to the place to show her what had happened to him, and she said it looked like nothing and to put neosporin on it. I was so appal... read more

*UPDATE* I was contacted about a month after my stay by the new manager. She immediately started with an apology for how I was previously treated and admitted she was afraid to call me because of how mad I must be at them. She explained that her mom was getting older and was just hiring temporary managers to get the job done and they didn't necessarily care too much about the business. The daughter is the new manager who is taking over this long term to become a family business again to run it with her husband. She knew it m... read more

The single most important attribute to any pet boarding and pet care facility is TRUST! You have to think about that when you sign the boarding waiver form. This place lost our dog and lied to us about our dog receiving grooming during her boarding stay. After 20 minutes I personally eventually found our dog on site outside and we loaded her up to bring her home. During that ride home we noticed that her nails were not done and she was not washed. I asked three times to two different people while we waited - and they all sai... read more

This place is horrible. We had two dogs stay here for 8 days. We stated to separate the two dogs while they eat. The smaller dog came back 3 pounds less and the larger dog came back 3 pounds larger. It was noticeable they didn't separate the dogs while they ate. Next issue is grooming. We received a call right before we picked them up that they cut the smaller dog earlier that day during grooming. They stated it was a very small cut. When we picked them up, we had to take the smaller dog to the vet for 3 staples in his leg. ... read more

Took my dog here for the weekend. She was completely dirty when I picked her up from soiling her kennel. Her blanket had pee and tracings of poop on it. I expect that if she had an accident they would have washed her and the blanket. Did not have the same good feeling I had when first dropping her off. I am never going back!

Worst Boarding Place EVER... – I took my dog there thinking they would take great care of my "child". When we brought her home we found TICKS on her. My parents also boarded their dogs at Dogs Day Out, and there two dogs came back with TICKS as well. My dog and my parents dogs had never been around one another. No coincidence that they all got TICKS from this place. I called the owner only to be appalled. She stated that they had found a tick on one of the dogs but they didn't think it was important to tell us about it. Now ... read more
