This place is the best! I live in Ontario and happen to be in the area with my dog. I decided to have lunch with my sister and thought it would be great for Bailey to get groomed while I did. Now, I wish this place was in Ontario! They have everything here…healthy dog food options, toys, accessories, self wash, grooming services and doggy day care is coming soon. You can tell they love dogs and I was confident Bailey was in good hands while I enjoyed lunch with my sister. Dogromat, I’ll see you next time!

I was refused service today for bringing a 14 week old Portuguese Water Dog puppy to Dogromat. On the phone when I called to book an appointment I was told that they accept puppies as long as they had their second round of shots. My puppy had their third round of shots. When I arrived in person they refused service saying it was their policy to only accept puppies five months or older and they had to have their rabbies shot as well (which can't be given until 4 weeks old.) Huuuuge shout-out to Chris, the groomer!!!! We left absolutely elated! My boy, Scratchy, is 16 years old, arthritic, and won't let ANYONE touch his feet, including me! The vet told me he would need to be medicated for a trimming (no thank you!). He desperately needed his nails trimmed. I was so anxious, thinking muzzle and how traumatic it would be for him. Chris was AMAZING!! Scratchy let him do whatever he needed: no muzzle, no snapping or crying....just relaxed and laid there. Then he pranced to the car! I am beyond grate... read more
I love this place and all the people who work here.
Dogromat is... Special. It's different. It's better. They care about every dog that walks through the door, and are equally kind and welcoming to the people who accompany them. The service is excellent, the groomers and washers are the best. My dog and I stroll in almost daily for a hello (it's his favorite place and his favorite people), so I've seen them in action hundreds of times.
