Ok let me respond to all these nasty comments; I've been coming here for 13 years. She specializes in PUPPY STYLE dogs; my shih tzu comes home IMMACULATE every time. If you have a giant husky, this isn't the place for you. I've been to other groomers who work on all size dogs and they were never able to achieve what she does for my small specialty dog that has hair not fur. This is the spot for more ornamental dogs. Don't go to this store if u want ur dogs hurt and scammed. I had a really bad experience with the Korean lady of the store. She was washing my dog and things were going well at first til her entire personality changed when I asked her to stop washing my dog. I asked her many things to stop due to her rough washing methods, and my dog was distressed. He never bites strangers til he's distressed, or being playful.
