I spoke to the owner, Maggie, for quite some time about my dog’s anxiety. She’s knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful!
It's not classy, but the shower area is safe, practical, and gets the job done! My dogs do not like getting washed, but they calm down quickly in the shower area . Make sure you bring paperwork on your dog's rabies vaccines, shampoo, a leash, a towel, and obviously appropriate clothes for yourself to wash your dog in. There is a blow drying area as well. Maggie has a heart of gold and I look forward to going back!
Very friendly... wonderful system, simple, safe. I have two English Bulldogs that are not so fond of baths and this made washing them so much easier than at home!
I just called to get appointment for my German shepherd dog a groom and wash and the woman was rude and sarcastic she said ' Did you know you can WASH your Own dog ' I wanted my dog treated special but this place is a joke I will find a better place!!!!
Visited, Doggie-Drive-Thru, today, on the recommendations of several friends. I phoned first and stopped in later to make purchases. The owner was extremely, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and generous with her time and advice! It is a obvious that she loves animals and what she does❤️ I purchased nutritional food for our girl, Tallulah Scarberry, healthy treats and some deer antlers for her to gnaw. very rude, bad customer service. poor phone etiquette, I would highly recommend going somewhere else. call one day and get told one thing call the next and the lady is rude and calls you a liar. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE there are FAR to many business that have nice people and better customer service I won't be wasting my money here anymore.
