The doctors here are ok, assuming you get to see one of them. You will usually be seen by a nurse practitioner, who may tell you that your child's case of CDIFF is just a stomach virus, despite that it is the third time you have been to the doctor with the same issue.Management is terrible. My son takes Adderall for ADD. I called to schedule an appointment because he needed a refill and wanted to try something different. I was informed one day before his scheduled appointment that Dr. Doggett would no longer see him because he turned 19 on his birthday. They would not give him a refill and they did not refer us to anyone. I was told we would have to find him a new primary doctor. This was very rude and unprofessional.
Dr Doggett is OK if you are lucky enough to see him at a scheduled appointment. More times than not you will either see the Nurse practitioner or another doctor. The office staff is very unfriendly. The insurance department is horrible at filing insurance correctly and then ask you to pay for the visit. Nurses smell like cigarettes. Scheduled one appointment got there and they told us they didn't have time to see us. Very hard to contact by phone with problems or questions.
Dr. Lewis Doggett 3 is the best children's Dr. that I have ever known. He was my Dr. as a child and is now the Dr. of my child. And he is just wonderful.
