I had a great experience working with Hector Castillo at Doggett Freightliner of South Texas. I purchased my truck from him, and he was extremely helpful, respectful, and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer my questions, helped make everything easier, and treated me very well as a customer. I really appreciate his support and excellent service. I highly recommend Hector to anyone looking to purchase a commercial truck. Thank you again for all your help!
Couple of months ago had a great experience with this dealer on a minor problem, so I thought I would give them a job that was well over 10k, service department is low energy, its like they don't care. Took him a week to send me a estimate, then had to revise the estimate the guy sounded so bored and told me you know you going to have to pay at least half, duh, lol. Never received the revised estimate. You lose doggett.
excelente trato y amabilidad
Super experience. Had a water pump leak. They were very transparent on all procedures and optional outcomes. In and out within 3 hours. 10/10 recommend!
