We love our Dogwatch fence. Richard helped us train our deaf dog with the flags since he can't hear the beeps and it's worked perfect for years. Our other dogs have used it for years also without any problems. Anytime we've ever had any problems with our fence it's been because of construction being done at our home and he always responds quickly. Highly recommend Richard & Dogwatch!
Spent $900 on a fence - the dog was so scared of it after they "trained" her she wouldn't go near the yard for two months. After a while she got used to it and then it was great. The fence has been broken for over a year. She was trained inside the area so she stayed with out it working. We get a new dog so I emailed to get collar and fence fixed. Was told to call - tried for days with no response. When I got hold of him. he said the collars were $250. When we bought the fence extra collars were $50 AND we can't get it fixed... read more
