Our escape artists include both canine and feline models. The outdoor system has absolutely saved our Gus from certain doom; we live in the country and have a physical fence, but he can climb it to chase wildlife and those ever-intrusive FedEx and UPS trucks. It only took ONE training session with the DogWatch team to stop Gus from escaping. He is very respectful of the boundary. Outstanding service
On two occasions about 18 months apart Jonathan or another on his team has responded to fix our fence after yard work damaged it. Both times within a few hours and yesterday at twilight. Extraordinary service- 6 or 7 stars, actually. Friendly and super responsive. Thanks guys.
