Highly Recommend!! Fast response on inquiries, courteous and will spend all of the time needed explaining the process and training with you. It only took a little over two hours to install and walked us through training with both of our dogs. When we had a question about one of the collars he quickly responded to our text and offered to come out again if needed. They thoroughly explain the whole systems, recommendations, warranty and battery life of the collars. We highly recommend this company, thank you Richard and Russell... read more
Work involved repairing a broken wire. Randall did an excellent job with the repair and also buried an additional section of exposed wire at a gate opening.
Did not receive the key to adjust the settings.
