The employee that installed this system was efficient and kind. He was aware that my dog was nervous and uncomfortable, so he took the time to focus on my pet to ease his nerves. I hesitated to call when my dog continued to be nervous into the weekend, but Dog Watch was thorough and followed up by calling me. I did not expect any where close to this level of customer service and after getting their phone call, I give them an enthusiastic five star review.

Randall did an excellent job and he explained everything along the way. He worked with me with training our dogs and offered a follow up if needed. Some areas of ground were still frozen and he marked the areas to come back at a future date to bury those couple of areas in a month or two. Very professional! Thank you so much!
The box for my fence was zapped by electricity. I called Dogwatch on the Friday afternoon that I realized it was not working. It was only a matter of time that my dog would realize it was not on. Instead of waiting until the next week, they showed up that Friday afternoon and did the repair. They have honored the work of Cliff (the previous owner) well!
DogWatch was very quick to respond and even worked us in a day earlier than expected. Very easy process for repairing our line.
