THANK YOU, DONNY! Our one-year-old Swissy is very playful and energetic, and we were having a really hard time with some normal daily life activities. Update 2024 review - unfortunately this group has not been responsive when we reach out to them months later. We tried to reach them to get another dog enrolled, advance our trained dog's skills but have not been able to receive a reply in over 2 months. They did not tell us we were ending on poor terms or that they would not service us again so it seems quite out of the blue. I recently brought a 4 year old, 80lb Labrador home. Everything was great until we attempted the stairs in my home. He had never been up or down stairs before. With some encouragement, he was able to make it up the stairs on his own. The services provided did not meet our expectations. It took several days to receive a response, and they were unable to fulfill our specific training requests. For instance, we were hoping to train our dog to signal when he needed to go outside, similar to how my brother's dog rings a bell at the door. Unfortunately, they couldn't accommodate this request.
