This is my second time ordering from this location. I used to visit the Richardson location before it closed. I ordered from their website and choose delivery. The order was submitted, I recieved an email with the confirmation and was told it would be delivered at 8:03p. Then I received a text from Dog haus stating they are running behind and it now be delivered at 8:06-8:21pm. At 8:25 I had no heard from anyone nor an email. Wife and I went, good food but our service was horrible asked for drinks and didn't receive them till after food was finished took 15 mins to even get a menu we should've left right then. And there was only 4 other ppl there guy was more into the two female's at the bar and his phone disappointed Is an understatement.
Customer service here is absolutely top notch! I went for a small group meeting for dinner and had to bring my 1 year old with me. The lady working the bar saw that I was taking care of my son and come up to get my order and even got me a drink. It’s the little things like this when I’m taking care of a wild one year old that make going out possible. Food was also spectacular as always. I wish I got the name of the server because she took a huge burden of my plate! Definitely recommend going here!
