Restructured and ruined a previously good restaurant in record time. Hot dogs are no longer the focus, now burgers and chicken sandwiches dominate the menu. Ingredient changes across the board. Theres offputting AI-generated burrito ads inside the store rather than real pictures. Almost everyone who worked there a month ago is gone. Why bother with this place when they clearly intend to ride out their good reputation until they lose all their clientele and close?
They changed their menu. It is a DOG haus. Why did they remove almost all of the hotdogs and brats off the menu? It should now be called a burger haus. Honestly, this place used to be my favorite spot, now its meh.
I’m very disappointed to say, for Whatever reason. The restaurant has changed their burger patties. Is very noticeable that the patties are frozen and it doesn’t taste like they’re cooking them on the grill as they have been since I moved to this area eight years now. My girlfriend and I both got different things, she got a new Smashburger, which doesn’t taste terrible, but you can tell the patties frozen. We have been huge fans of Dog Haus for quite some time. We order it for pick up or eat there once a week. We've missed the past few weeks because of traveling. Decided to order pick up tonight and I'm sad to say we probably will never go back to Dog Haus again. The menu has changed for the worse. We were ok with trying the changed menu, and had to pay extra to add bacon to a burger that used to come with bacon. But what we got tonight was ridiculous. The size of the burgers are much smaller. First off, I really want to give 5 stars because the food tastes great. Ive had a burger and chicken sandwich plus fries. But both times Ive ordered, something has been messed up with the order. The last time I ordered I couldn’t find them on ubereats/doordash, so I ordered through their app/website. Paid extra for changes to the order: extra patty, extra bacon, different buns etc, only for all of it to be ignored and completely wrong. Called the store twice, no answer.
