I have frequented the Dog Haus since it opened and even had a corporate event there. I've never had any problems with the food or service or management. They have indoor and outdoor seating and their tater tots are a nice addition to their side menu. So go and enjoy the place for yourselves. Great food and great service!
The staff sucks and they’re not capable of comping your food when they make a mistake. The milkshakes are really sad packaged crap. The sausages are fine but nothing special.

I recently went here tonight and found a dead cricket in my food. I am going to be getting in contact with the health and food safety department, but I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs. I wasn't even refunded for the meal all the manager offered was to get me a new one or refund the exact item I ordered. I was with multiple people and nothing got refunded besides my food. Again, underrated. This is a fantastic quick bite spot. Good food, especially impossible sliders.
The sandwiches come on 4 unseparated Kings Hawaiian rolls. Also, Tots.
