I received a call about my last service and decided to give them another chance because honestly, I don't trust my dog to hardly anyone. I was informed they were extremely busy the last time Bella had been in and was assured that they would be better at communication with me. Sometimes one spouse drops off and and other picks up and I totally I understand that. I took Bella in and had Shelley, who I adore, groom her!!!!
