John came to our rescue w a couple of new pet stains on recently cleaned carpets. He not only got rid of the new stains but the carpets are brighter in general. Also educated us on the challenges of using a smaller hand carpet cleaner. We throughly enjoyed our time w John and now have beautiful carpets as a bonus! Highly recommend!!!
John was right on time had a mask on when greeted at the door. Did a wonderful job with our dog problems and made the carpet look like new and smells clean again. John was very reasonable and easy to deal with will absolutely use him again.
