I was looking for a groomer to take my anxiety ridden Aussie to & I called dog de salon and spoke with Tara on the phone, the customer service is what really pulled me into bringing my boy here! I literally cried the first time I saw my Tiny Einy with his so handsome hair cut. He came out looking quite dapper I must say!!! Brought me to tears. Lord they not only cut hair and groom flawlessly, their space is a down home feeling and vibe. It’s clean in the front and back. My boys always come home healthy and happy after their groom.

If you are looking for a quality Pet Groomer consider a family owned business, Dog De Salon in Keller! My dog Heidi is very happy this morning after her grooming session. I usually bring my dog there every other month for grooming and had wonderful experiences and happy with the results. However, about 2 weeks ago I took him in and it was terrible. My dog’s cut wasn’t what I asked for (way too much hair removed from his face), and I mentioned that he needed expressing 3 times before even leaving him to get groomed. At pickup (which was quicker than usual) I asked again if he was expressed, they said yes. 2 days later my dogs backside smelled awful. It wasn’t done!
