I am always pleased with the care and extensive time spent with my dogs or cats when going to The Big Easy Animal Hospital. Ive never had to wait a long time to get appointments and no long wait times when I get there. The staff go above and beyond with how they treat your pets. I would not trust anyone more than the owner and techs here. I moved an hour and a half away and still take them here.
The Big Easy has cared for our animals for at least 13 years. Dr. Ruiz and her incredible team have helped us navigate many big moments: diagnosing our aging kitties, helping us maintain quality of life, to helping us with the hardest moment—saying goodbye. They will always take their time to ensure no shortcuts are taken, to make sure every animal is given the care needed. So yes, sometimes there is a wait but the care you receive is worth it. I wouldn’t trust my fur kids to anyone else!
