We went for the first time and enjoyed the Detroit Dog combo. Food was very good, served quickly and hot. Plan to go back and try a different hot dog combo. Friendly staff.

Dog Central is amazing! We had them cater my daughter's graduation party and they were the hit of the party! The dogs and toppings were fantastic! The staff were very professional and very prompt with their service to our guests. I would recommend Dog Central to anyone!! :)

I really like the place and looked forward to its opening. I am, unlike many of the other reviewers, dissatisfied with the quality of the dogs they have selected to serve. Why they could not serve a premium dog like Salay's, Koegel's, or even Kowalski. That dog, which I will not name, that the selected to serve is too laden with fillers to have a bite in the meat, while the casing does. It is mushy, soft, and unappealing. Thanks for taking the time to review Donald and we appreciate the kind words on the staff. We have a custom blended dog being developed for us at Dearborn Sausage. We have yet to get our custom blend out on our menu as its still in production - it will be a natural casing 80% beef 20% pork dog (available in a skinless version as well).
