I'd been looking for a self-service dog wash place, and I'm so glad to have found this one. Everyone was very nice and friendly, and the facility has a good setup. Everything I could have possibly needed to bathe my dog. And the prices were extremely affordable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to bathe their dog.

Walked in this morning hoping to wash my dog, as we're traveling. Super sweet people, & clean facilities! So grateful for this type of service. Will absolutely use again when I'm the area!
I called to say I was running a 5-8 minutes late. They didn't answer which I understand as they are busy. I arrived 7 minutes late. Waited 2 minutes while they checked another customer out and was told if I was this late again I would need to reschedule. Then she proceeded to tell me that I could come back tomorrow to have both of my dogs done. Not impressed and I will not be back!

Clarification there was two prior appointments that were no call no shows this was the 3rd attempt to do the dogs. The appointment was at 1:30 arrival time was 1:45. We value our customers but we also value our time as well. We apologize if you were unsatisfied with our policies. Best wishes
