Went there for the first time tonight and was thoroughly disappointed. There is no service, as you order at the door, leaving no room for anyone to even walk through the long line to get to the restrooms. The way it's set up makes the entrance completely over-crowded before you can even place your order for overpriced, underwhelming food. You're given a buzzer to pick up your order when it's ready, leaving me questioning why we added a tip to our bill when we ordered, since there was no wait staff to serve us whatsoever.
