I don’t think they even deserve 1 star. I have a Toyota Corolla 2016, bought brand new. I have never missed a service on it. Took it to get my tires rotated and oil change 2 months ago-they were rude, had to drive back and have them fix my front drivers hub cap that wasn’t on all the way which now makes sense why it was off because it wasn’t correctly aligned.
