We have been with Dodson for over 26 years. We have the Bee treatment done each year as well as the termite inspection. We have had different technicians through out the years that we have been impressed with for our regular service. We have always appreciated the work that is done to take care of our home. Jackson Black has been our service technician for close to a year and he has been nothing but professional, thorough and helpful with the knowledge to educate me. He has always offered to return promptly if insects are seen after he leaves. When no one is home during his visit, he always leaves a detailed account of his services. We have been very pleased with our friends at Dodson. Jackson D Black (when I asked him his name, he said it was "Jack Black." We became immediate friends), our service technician, has been helpful, friendly, thorough, and kind. Since we hired them to service our home, Dodson has proven themselves to be professional and forthright. They do what's best for the homeowner -- and we're grateful. Highly recommend.
Kimberly Blair does a fantastic job at our home in a rural wooded area. She has kept the field mice and stinging insects at bay. She goes above and beyond by sweeping down cobwebs and nests herself. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and conscientious.
