Once again, my wife and I cannot express how happy we are with our pest service from Dodson. Our technician, JR Jamerson, is incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He confirms his arrival time the day before, shows up when he says he will, and does a thorough job every time. He also inquires about any concerns we have, and fully explains the pest problems and treatments he has for them. Truly a wonderful home service company and especially, employee.
Our service tech Kishon is very thorough and is happy to help with any issues that arise, such as removing wasp nests or tackling a huge spider problem we had. He is also very communicative if there needs to be a schedule change which I greatly appreciate. Thank you Kishon and Dodson Bros for your great service!
Jennifer at Dodson Pest Control is absolutely incredible to work with. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond. Today we had a pest situation that needed immediate attention, and she was at the house within 30 minutes of my call. Her professionalism and calm, thorough approach made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. She consistently drops everything to help when we need her, and we couldn’t be more grateful. WE HAVE A MONTHLY SERVICE FOR OUR OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE. ANDRE HAMLET IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND EDUCATED ABOUT HIS SERVICES. I DON'T KNOW IF YOU CAN REQUEST A TECH BY NAME BUT IF YOU CAN DEFINITLEY ASK FOR ANDRE. HE DOES A GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL JOB.
Cassie Johnson was out a few days ago to check for termites. She was very friendly and professional and seems to enjoy her job. She was on time and very nice to my pets. I hope to see her again at next inspection.
