Small rooms in an old building. Don't check in when you can't sleep in noisy environments, at least they give you earplugs. Don't forget YMCA is a Christian organisation, too.
Sign your kid up for Childwatch by phone, early morning, 48-hrs in advance of your workout. I wish they had a better system, but it's worth the trouble.
Smells like chlorine and set up terribly. No room to work out on the mats unless you want to chill in a classroom with decaying equipment stacked everywhere.
