The spot for 7am basketball games. A group of friendly guys run m-f, with the older gents playing Tu/Th and the more sprightly ones m/w/f. Find them at the Chinatown ymca until 2018, though.
Sauna & steam room are great plus to have at a gym.

We surprised my boy Ravi who works here for his birthday. The workout was killer, it's actually a decent gym. I only didn't enjoy the basketball facilities, but that's because I don't like basketball.

I was stuck in the lift for 30 to 40 minutes.... due to a pice of rubbish stuk in the door
Only the upper floors are for guests, but at least funds remain in your wallet. Groups are allowed food vouchers for nearby soul food cafe. Rooms are small but clean. Quiet considering it's location.
Overall good gym, full basketball court and pool. Can't go wrong.
Hotel bem simples, banheiro compartilhado mas td mto funcional, organizado e limpo. Excelente custo x beneficio em se falando de Manhattan.
