For the price is it is a great unpretentious gym.

Great location with a diverse crowd. The Zumba class had me pumping on monday evenings.
Plenty of lanes, but plenty of people.
Sign your kid up for Childwatch by phone, early morning, 48-hrs in advance of your workout. I wish they had a better system, but it's worth the trouble.
Smells like chlorine and set up terribly. No room to work out on the mats unless you want to chill in a classroom with decaying equipment stacked everywhere.
Take Alma's classes. She's a beast!
