We had an appointment for someone to come out to give us an estimate for tree removal at 4:30 last Thursday. At 3:30 they called and said they had to reschedule and rescheduled the appointment for 6pm tonight. They called yesterday, while I was out, and left a message that they were calling to confirm today's appointment and said that they would "appreciate a call back." I gave it two stars only because someone did show up to give me a written estimate. I was given a date & approximate time that Dodge Tree Service would arrive to do the job. After waiting 3 hours past the designated time, I called the company and was told they were not coming due to emergency work & I would get a call with a new date. It would have been nice if I received a call, letting me know that they were going to be a no show. Chris and his crew took down 3 large trees in the a matter of hours. The crew worked together it was a pleasure to watch the process. Highly recommend them!
