Arrived at appt time, 7:30am, and had to wait 4hrs just to get a combo fuel/ water separator filter changed on my 2022 Ram Eco-diesel. I was told when I arrived that it would only take an hour and a half. Job is only about an hour long and did not start right at appt time. And cost was a little too high!

Service was great. Yolanda took time to connect and explain how the process worked and what was required in the service and what should be considered for future service needs.
A part needed to be ordered to complete the repair. The service rep stated they would order the part and contact me regarding a scheduled time to complete the repair. I was never contacted. I had to reach out several times to identify if the part had arrived. I was never able to reach the service rep so I eventually contacted parts to confirm the part arrival and then made my own appointment.
It was amazing how much progress has been made on the expansion and remodeling of the Larry Miller Dodge. Despite the beautiful messy mess, we were still able to service our Dodge hemi truck, had access to bottled water and snacks, porta potty and continually asked if we needed any assistance, if we were okay and our vehicle was washed and ready within reasonable time despite all the construction.
