Parts department terrible, paid for overnight shipping and got shipped priority instead. What’s the point of paying extra to get less than OVERNIGHT ? Make it make sense. Anyways I won’t be shopping with this dealer again. I still don’t know if that package got shipped out because I called to ask why it was not shipped overnight and priority instead and told me it was the fastest shipping. If you can’t offer overnight then don’t have it as a paid shipping option simple.
I worked with Santiago H and have nothing but good things to say. He was responsive and helpful and I was buying a used car from 400 miles away. He even helped me find transportation to get the vehicle to me. He followed up with me after the car arrived multiple times. Highly recommend Santiago!
Don’t waste your time with this place. The only good thing about this dealership is the salesman Santiago. I bought a truck in February of this year and I’ve had to activate my warranty three times since then. I called and requested the GM and they said he was in a meeting and that he would call me back. I’ve had no call back and I called last week. The rest of the team is rude and don’t give a crap. Santiago is great and but the rest of this place has to figure out their issues

Muy mala experiencia con ellos apenas compré un carro que supuestame me avía costado 28000 ya con todo pero ellos nunca me enseñaron la cantidad correcta que eran 40000 y tampoco me dijeron que eso era lo que me avía costado el carro hasta que llegue ami casa nos dimos cuenta que el total que se debía al banco eran 40000 ahora mismo estoy en proceso de demanda contra ellos por estafa
