Santiago Hernandez was my sales person, we worked on the deal online and on the phone on the morning of Nov 21, 2024 and he delivered the car to my home on the same day at 1:30p. Just outstanding service
Worked with Santiago Hernandez to purchase a used car from this dealership today. Santiago was great to work with, went the extra mile to get me more photos and videos, and we finalized the deal before getting to the dealership. I would definitely look to work with Santiago again for future car purchases.
Have to say the lack of communication by the service department is about the worst we've ever experienced across dealerships -- literally a vacuum of information. In the handful of years we've had our Jeep serviced here we have never had a good experience... not once in 5 years. Let me be specific: the service team consistently never follows up with service estimates (without prodding)... never calls back on completed work (without prodding)... over estimates costs on repair work (every time), and blames their lack of commun... read more
I am appalled at the lack service at this jeep dealership. The service department has had my friend’s Jeep for warranty work for NINE MONTHS. NO LOANER VEHICLE!!!! They have given her the run around this entire time, even leaving her jeep UNLOCKED on the street!! Clearly, warranty repairs are LOW PRIORITY for this dealership as evidenced by their handling of my friend’s claim. As long as I watch my friend go to Cancer Treatments on a Scooter because she does not have her Jeep, I WILL NOT BE QUIET. Shame on this business. New... read more
