Took me weeks to get an appointment to bring in my Charger because the infotainment center was freaking out, making random phone calls, changing the radio stations, etc. Has already been replaced once and I was given a lifetime warranty when I bought the car (in Oxnard). Stopped completely freaking out the day before my appointment (of course), although it thinks I am in Bakersfield instead of Santa Barbara. OMG where do I start...this is my second visit thought I would give it another try. I have never been so male dominated and felt very threated in my life. So update... They did the repair and only charged me for the part which was $76. I feel a bit better about the situation. Yeah I bought a Jeep from them recently and they told me they were going to take care of a tail light that had some moisture in it and now they're changing their story telling me it's going to be $500 for that and I have to pay for it after the sale was completed.
