As far as the sales of went pretty smooth. But when went in to sign the papers didn't feel very appreciated. Was not introduced to the service department manager wasn't told where yo go with problems ,service or anything. Just felt like not appreciated. When I was in sales in my opinion ,it is not like were busy. You should show more appreciation to the customer. Show them around introduce them to the people in service dept so that they will feel comfortable coming back. I felt shoved out the door. Salesman Phil was nice.

Talked to Patricia we will make a appointment to get together so Clint (general sales manager) can take her around the dealership to introduce her to the proper people in service and parts.
My wife took our van in for for a safety recall on an air bag replacement. When we got the van back the dashboard was cracked in several places and the temperature control for the AC no longer would rotate. After 3 months I still have been unsuccessful in getting this dealership to repair there damage.
