I bought a used Jeep from here. I had my car for a couple of days but things were not right with the vehicle. I took it in for the blue tooth disconnecting from my phone, the black button you can use on the door handle to lock the vehicle didn't work, there was rattling from the dome light, one of the day running lights were out and there was a sound of water when I took off. Worst dealership ive ever dealt with they sold me a truck on 08/30/23 that’s been in a bad accident before I bought it but I was only explained that it was a minor fender bender and only the bumper got messed up but it had been since replaced. They showed me one piece of the car fax paper so I said that’s it and the salesman James Henderson said yep that’s all the car fax. Went into Dodge with to fix a Jeep Cherokee I had come to find out the jeep was expensive to repair so I decided to trade it in for something better. I found out I was sold a car that was a total loss before so they still honored the car by giving me $500.00 I was like this is a trustworthy business so I decided to close on a 2016 Dodge Journey with them. I want to Winterhaven Chrysler Jeep Dodge looking for a new vehicle.The sales rep was nice in the beginning I explained in detail what I was looking for , Quickly he showed me the car I wanted I agreed to terms even had someone cosign who had almost an 800 credit score. I am disappointed with the Dodge Chrysler Jeep Winter Haven Location. I am a long-time customer of both the Lakeland and Winter Haven dealership and have purchased various new cars from this company. I never thought in a million years they would take advantage of me. I recently purchased a used Chrysler PT Cruiser, off the street for my daughter. This has been the worst experience of my life when purchasing a vehicle. I would not recommend anyone shop at this dealership. My wife purchased a Jeep Cherokee and it only had one key. When she asked about it the sales department advised they would try to find her another key. When they couldn't the sales manager "Philip M*****" told my that typically they don't do anything after 5 months. It's not my fault or my wife's that it took you 5 months to assist us with a key. Excellent service. I never had to bring back my car for repeat service. The staff is very courteous and helpful.
I was satisfied with the second opinion I got from Chrysler dealership. I waited for them to run diagnostic and to check under my car. They didn't need to take anything apart and did not charge me for the service I got that day.
This was the best experience! Upon getting out of the car, I was greeted by my sales person, Stephanie. She took such great care of me. She answered all of my questions and even went the extra mile to call the warranty company to make sure that I was getting the best benefit from my warranty.
