So just so everyone knows we bought a dodge challenger from here and had issues with it not starting from the push start and let me say it only had 24,000 miles on it well after being in service 4 times for the same reason the sales manager tells us to just pull the push start out and use the key well if that's what we wanted on a car that's what we would have bought so that was his answer to fix it and told us there is nothing he can do for us well we will never bring r business bk to the used lot of dodge that's just not a... read more
Laziest salesmen I've ever seen. Asked for months for information on vehicles and Darryl kept saying he'd find some and send me what I asked for, just to get another excuse as to why he didn't do his job. The manager here isn't any better. If there was a Worst Dealership in Killeen award, this place would be undefeated year after year. JMO
