Avery is a great therapist to start your plan and needs. She'll target areas w/o over working you to the point of quitting. Then Cassie is awesome 👌 with her take on your body's needs. She'll target those muscles to get you where you needs to be. This team shows attentiveness and listens to your discomfort and will adjust.
