VERY Unprofessional On October 28th, 2010 I stopped in at the Medina, Ohio store at approx. 6:30 p.m. to purchase a Canon 70-200mm F4 L lens that had been placed on reserve for me approx. 3 weeks prior. At that time, the saleswoman had assured me that if the lens was sold before then, I would be notified via phone and another unit would be ordered. Great all around! Went in knowing little about digital cameras and came out feeling like a professional! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Felt good about large purchase, not just because of great warrenty.
Slightly hidden, great find After driving by Dodd for years i finally noticed it and went it. Great Staff, huge selection of everything, low prices. Seamless Paper is a steal there, lowest price I've ever seen. Staff was well informed, and they also carried the harder to find canon printer inks. top notch, have already recommended to other friends
Wide Selection This place has a very large selection of professional photography stuff. You can find almost everything you will need for photography here. The staffs are very friendly and very knowledgable. They will try their best to answer any of your questions. Their price are a little bit higher compare to the internet, but it is wonderful to have a local store like this so you can just go when you need to get something right away.

Mixed Experience The Good: The stores in my area (Fairlawn, Medina) have a decent amount of stock and the staff doesn't seem to mind browsers. The staff is generally friendly. The Not So Good: I'm not a professional; I'm a hobbyist, and therefore I rely on the advice of professionals. The staff at the stores all claim to be working photographers.
