Years ago I had a good experience with Doctors Orthotics. Unfortunately, this time was very different. I ordered orthotics July 13, 2022. It is now October 12, 2022 and I never received them. They will not answer our repeated phone calls, emails, and texts even directly Ron Goldston who took my order. We had to get our bank involved to get our $399 back. They are not Better Business Bureau accredited and there are other complaints like mine there.

This place appears to have gone out of business and left a bunch of customers without product after paying almost $400. I ordered July 13, 2022 and it is now October 20, 2022. Interestingly, my friend ordered his just a couple weeks before me and his were delivered. The website, phone and email have all been taken down.

In November 2021, I ordered two pair of orthotics. They never came. I had four conversations each time and them telling me it will be there within 10 days. I cannot get a hold of them now. I have ordered a few different times from them each time taking longer and longer but they would always come.
