Bought several pair back in 2005 b/c of plantar fasciitis diagnosis and was told painful surgery was the only fix. 20 years later they are still perfect. No surgery. No foot pain. Highly recommended 👌

Years ago I had a good experience with Doctors Orthotics. Unfortunately, this time was very different. I ordered orthotics July 13, 2022. It is now October 12, 2022 and I never received them. They will not answer our repeated phone calls, emails, and texts even directly Ron Goldston who took my order. We had to get our bank involved to get our $399 back. They are not Better Business Bureau accredited and there are other complaints like mine there.

This place appears to have gone out of business and left a bunch of customers without product after paying almost $400. I ordered July 13, 2022 and it is now October 20, 2022. Interestingly, my friend ordered his just a couple weeks before me and his were delivered. The website, phone and email have all been taken down.
