The Doctors Urgent Care in Flower Mound, Tx is the best! The staff is so knowledgeable, kind and caring. The medical assistant, Zach, was incredibly patient with my granddaughter who was so afraid to have her throat swabbed to test for strep. It took nearly 10 minutes for her to convince herself to accept the swab. He was patient and helped her through her fears. Bright and clean with a friendly staff. The appointment was easy to make, I got in quickly, and the doctor was so patient and knowledgeable.
Prompt quality service
Woke up this morning with a swollen eye didn’t have time to get to the eye doctor and went to the doctors urgent care down the street from my house. They got me out and on my way within an hour. There was a couple people already there so I had to wait my turn, which is the only reason I gave one less star for that. Everything else was amazing Front Desk to on my way out super easy.
