Every visit here is frustrating. time management clearly needs improvement, without an appoint your looking at 4.5 to 5.5 hours. I once waited 6 hours and regretted not going to the ER. with an appointment wait time is at least 1.5 hours to even 2.5 hrs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sara Imran for a long time (since her Markham location), and she is an absolutely amazing physician. She is highly knowledgeable and compassionate, and she is the only reason I continue to attend this clinic. Her patient care is truly exceptional. However, the clinic staff is consistently unprofessional and rude. Furthermore, I have serious concerns about patient privacy.
