Poor poor service I would not recommend Doctors Urgent Care to anyone! I will not return my family or myself for services again. This first time visit was one to many! We waited over an hour before being seen. My daughter had an object wedged in her ear and was hurting her. The receptionist was not sure if UC had the correct tools to do the job and the doctor said he would take a look. My $45.00 co pay was collected prior to service. SLow I agree somewhat with the other review on this place. I have been going here for years. Sometimes the wait is minimal, others it takes hours. What I do like is the staff. I usually see a nurse practitioner that is really thorough and has great bedside manners. The medical assistants and the xray techs are good,too. But, I did spend a long time in there trying to get my daughters fingers xrayed because there were emergencies with bleeding people while we were ther. They take precedence over other problems. Not so Urgent Urgent Care If you are in dire need of a doctor do not go here.The are very slow, the wait is anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours.You are better going off to the hospital, the one doctor there mixed my husband up with another person when he called the ER fo further tests, said he was a 65 year old male.He is 30 years younger than that.The only time to go there is you have to is a holiday or any other time you can't go to your regular doctor.
