Doctor was very unprofessional, left us waiting in her office for 45 minutes while she had lunch and chit chatted with the other staff right outside the door. When we questioned why it was taking so long she became very confrontational and told us that there is an emergency in the other room. This was clearly a lie because she was sitting down with 2 or 3 other staff members eating pizza. I've TRIED to receive medical care here. Very dismissive and uncaring. Even if you have insurance, make sure it's the RIGHT insurance.
My primary doctor let me down but Doctors Treatment Center saved me! I went there couple of times and each time I have a wonderful experience. I really like them the facility is nice and clean and the staff is super helpful and professional, they go above and beyond to help you! I wish I could have my primary doctor there. Great place.
Over 50 min now and still waiting just for a pre employment test. Some of the staff have poor attitudes
My visit was flawless. I was in and out in 40 minutes. The receptionist was very polite and pleasant. The MD introduced himself using his name, not Dr. and shook my hand. He was very personable. Explained my condition to me and treatment plan. The place was clean and comfortable. I will certainly recommend The Doctor's Treatment Center.
I came to the Treatment Center, since my regular physician's office was closed, and it's conveniently located close to my home. From the time I walked in, to when I left, I spent all but 30 mins there and walked left with a prescription to cure the nasty cold that decided to take take residence in my chest. The entire staff, from the gal who admitted me, (Penny), to the Dr who saw me, (her name escapes me), treated me professionally and they were extremely courteous! I would go there again, if I had to.
