Very very unprofessional. I have never had a worse experience than with them
This doctor office and the doctor are useless they cancel me cuz my nurse practitioner went on medical leave and then never even try getting me a new one after one appointment after they got all my info they cancelled me wow 😲 seem like a scam
If I could give them a minus stars I would. I have never dealt with such an incompetent agency. I tried one day to get thru to the office personel 30 times and got a busy signal every time. My mother was in medical crisis and when I contacted the nurse practitioner assigned to her case she had resigned from the company. This happened over a week ago and I have yet to hear from this horrible company. So, this is my personal experience take it for what it's worth. But be aware.
