Waited in the lobby for 2 hours. Explanation #1 - We check people in based on when they submit paperwork, not based on your appt time. Explanation #2 - there’s an inspection causing delay. Explanation #3 - they’re just running a little behind. Explanation #4 - You’re next because we had a cancellation - yes, we saw that man leave because he couldn’t wait any longer and had to go to work. Don’t come here unless you’re desperate and have lots of time to waste. This is completely ridiculous.
The staff is wonderful and very caring. This is my second surgery here and very happy with the facility
